Introduction to Services:

OilMedic's oil analysis report is very similar to the way medicine is practiced, except the best information and recommendations are made in a simple, easy-to-understand format. But, as with medicine, there are days when the doctor may still need to help you interpret test results.

OilMD allows you to have direct access to our Lubricant Engineering Department. This service allows you to ask any question encompassing the many technical disciplines involving lubrication practices that affects the longevity of your engine. By enrolling in this service, you can ask the doctor questions about your sample results or any other specific area that may require a preventive care recommendation.

Cost of Services:

OilMD charges per hour, since each question can involve reviewing existing laboratory data or having to conduct active research to complete your request. To fullfill your request, we will provide you with a written quote of our service cost. This quotation will provide you with a total cost in writing within 48 hours of receiving your request.

Hourly Rate: $ 50.00. This rate includes a report by e-mail or fax, and a telephone conference call, if required, to discuss additional information.
